The Thing I Would Miss The Most...

So if I am being completely 100% honest with myself, the biggest thing that I have to take into consideration when thinking about leaving the Netherlands is probably the cheese. Seriously -it's freaking delicious here! This morning I was in the fancy cheese shop getting some stuff for Babs (these stores still make me SUPER nervous because I have no idea how much of anything to order and my Dutch is still pretty poor for situations like these). While I was in the shop I tasted mustard cheese and pesto cheese. And both were freaking amazing. I was thinking yesterday about how Bryn, Robs, Peeps, and I went "cheeseless til Nationals" last year for about 4-6 weeks. And I realized that is pretty much impossible for me these days. I just love cheese too much. So, if I don't come back to America, you can blame it on the dairy farmers of Holland.
